In the bewitching forest of northen Bergslagen country people have been fishing and hunting since the beginning of the 17th century. This place constitute many small lakes widely spread out in the forest. Big population of salmon trout and arctic char inhabit these lakes.

The hatching of the brown mayfly is very appreciated. At this time the fishing is at its peak. One can expect to catch many fine examples of trout. Autumn is the best time to fish arctic char.

Our experienced guide will take you to the best places and after a day you are free to roam in the forest on your own, fishing as long as you want to.

Season: May - October. Depends on the arrival of summer and winter. Best time is the second half of june.

Length: 1 day

Participants: 2 - 4 people

Price: SEK 1500 per person

Included: Fishing with experienced guide, food, fishing equipment and a fishing permit.

To bring: Outdoor clothes suitable for the season, cap, gloves, and boots.

Accomodation: Can be arranged in either a hotel, hostel or a cabin

Optional: 1 day course SEK 1700 per person
