hiking with experienced guide
Our
experienced guide will take you on a 2-3 hour long hike through
a forested landscape which is inhabited by animals such as elk,
Roe, Fox, Lynx, and even Wolf. The area where we hike through
also has a strong population of Capercaillie, Owl, and Hawk as
our guide will show you when hiking on animal trails and scouting
for traces which the local fauna has left behind.
Horse
and carriage
Come
along on a 2-3 hour trip with Herman, our Ardennes horse (one
of the oldest breeds of draft horse) on old timber roads in the
forest. We'll bring along a packed lunch to savor during the trip.
After
the trip we head back to your accommodation where you can hang
out and accumulate the genuine cultural atmosphere. Dinner is
composed of natural ingredients harvested in the forest, such
as mushrooms and berries. Our meat is either wild game or organically
farmed.
